biography

The JCCC Original Photographic Collection was officially created in 2010 as a sorting aid. The photographs themselves were collected by the JCCC over about 50 years, between the inception of the JCCC in the early 1960's until we began cataloguing the Collection in 2010. They were mostly passed on to the JCCC from community members. When we began cataloguing the collection, we needed a way to separate these photos from others that came in from known donors. The JCCC Original Photographic Collection was created to fill this need.
