The group is posing in a dirt playing field with grassy bluff in the background, supporting a wood fence painted with advertisements for "Cascade Soda," "Takano Studio," "Man Shin Low: American Dishes, Chop suey & Noodles," "N.P. Knitting Co.: Sweaters Made to Order," and "Fashioncraft Tailors". There are residential houses, power lines, and a large brick building in the far background at centre. Recto is annotated with "Taken at Seattle Washington; 23rd May 1920." Verso is annotated with "E. Kitagawa" and stamped in ink with "352 Wolverleigh Boulevard; Toronto 360, Ontario".
